“10 minute Carry Challenge”
*For 10 minutes, carry a KB, rotating between from overhead, to front rack, to suitcase then switching to the opposite side beginning with overhead. Athletes must rotate in that order and should hold each position until fatigue sets in or integrity is lost. You should be able to bottoms-up press whatever weight you select.

Tall Kneeling
Half Kneeling (Each Side)
