New Albany closes at 10am today and will open be open for challenges attending the Nutrition Seminar. The sign-up sheet will be out all the way through Monday, so you still have the opportunity to join! We’ll be sending copies of the presentation to all of the challengers as well.
If you’re attending the nutrition seminar tomorrow, please bring a notepad or journal for a few examples we plan to work through. If possible, start on something you can use for a food journal and grocery list throughout the challenge.
East will close at 2pm on Sunday for the seminar.
