Positive Mental Attitude

Everyone has heard the saying “positive mental attitude accounts for 80 percent of success in any arena of life.”  I am personally convinced that CrossFit, and the most challenging feat in life, is tackled with 20 percent body and 80 percent Positive Mental Attitude.  If you go into a workout, lift, job interview or just wake up with a negative mindset you are more likely to have a bad workout, miss a lift or give up on a hard task.

As humans it is pretty natural to have feelings of fear and doubt and to underestimate and question our abilities.  Instead of letting those negative feelings and thoughts bully you around, find a way to block them with positive thinking, even if that means just celebrating your accomplishment of making it to the gym.  Strengthening your mental attitude in CrossFit will translated into a stronger attitude in all other aspects of your life as well.

Get some PMA and don’t let anyone or anything take that away from you!
