  1. What is your occupation?

I am a mom, wife, and a Norwex Independent Sales Consultant

  1.  When you were in grade school, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A teacher

  1. If you were to perform in the circus, what would you do?

I would be a clown

  1. What 3 things would you take with you on a deserted island, and why?

Bible, Sunscreen-nobody wants a sunburn!, flash light- so I could see in the dark

  1. What is the best dessert you’ve ever had?

Cheesecake in New York City

  1. Where is a place you haven’t traveled but would really like to visit?

Europe

  1. When did you start CrossFit?

March 2016

  1. What is your favorite thing about CrossFit?

The workouts are different every time and always challenging

  1.  What do you enjoy most about Four Barrel CrossFit?

The community!! The coaches and people make it enjoyable to show up and conquer those tough work-outs.

  1. What are two of your biggest challenges and rewards in coming to the gym?

Sometimes the challenge is getting to the gym, with a busy family I have to make it a priority to just get there but once I do I am always glad I did. The reward has definitely been seeing my body change and getting stronger, physically and mentally.

  1. What is one of your goals for this year in CrossFit?

I would really like to be able to do an unassisted pull-up!!

  1. Besides CrossFit, what else do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I love to bake and do crafts. I also enjoy spending time with my kids.

  1. If you were handed free opera tickets would you go or sell them?  Why?  

Sell them- the opera does not interest me

  1. If you were given 24 hours to live, what would you do?

I would spend as much time with my husband and kids that I could, making sure they knew how much I loved them. I would cook and freeze everyones favorite meals so they would have food. I would write letters for all my kids so they could have a reminder of how much I loved them and how valuable they are whenever they need a reminder.
