Meet Kathy Kuster

  1. What is your occupation? – Stay at home Mom

 

  1.  When you were in grade school, what did you want to be when you grew up? – Nun/Teacher

 

  1. If you were to perform in the circus, what would you do? – Be a clown

 

  1. What 3 things would you take with you on a deserted island, and why? – Bible-always something to read and learn, knitting needles/yarn-to knit of course and my cell phone-to call someone when I’m finished (I’m assuming it was a temporary visit).

 

  1. What is the best dessert you’ve ever had? – Lemon meringue pie

 

  1. If you had a warning label, what would yours say? – Talks a lot  (my family chose this for me, gotta love em)

 

  1. Where is a place you haven’t traveled but would really like to visit? – New England states

 

  1. When did you start CrossFit? – Originally August 2015 at another gym (consistently Since April 2016 @ Four Barrel)

 

  1. What is your favorite thing about CrossFit? – It works!

 

  1.  Why did you choose to join Four Barrel CrossFit? – Followed my son (Kaelin) to this gym and discovered LeanX

 

  1.  What do you enjoy most about Four Barrel CrossFit? – Having coaching, the diversity of the workouts, and the people I have met

 

  1. Do you have a favorite WOD or movement?No…..stretching when it’s over

 

  1. What are two of your biggest challenges and rewards in coming to the gym? – Only two…Ha! Ha!  Learning how to breathe and burpees are my biggest challenges. Some of the rewards are that I have lost pounds, gained strength

 

14.    What is one of your goals for this year in CrossFit? – To be able to do a “real” push-up!

 

  1. Besides CrossFit, what else do you enjoy doing in your spare time? – Knitting, scrapbooking, piddling in the yard, hanging out by the pool, and spending time with my family.

 

  1. If you were handed free opera tickets would you go or sell them?  Why?  – I would go!  I enjoy the opera (the few I’ve been to) and sometimes it’s fun to get dressed up and do those kind of things.

 

  1. If you were given 24 hours to live, what would you do? – Surround myself with the people I love and enjoy them for who they are, and cry….I know I would cry!
