The 4B Fall Nutrition Challenge kicks off the weekend of 9/9! We’ll have a seminar at New Albany on Saturday 9/9 at 10:15am and at East on Sunday 9/10 at 2:15pm. The gyms will close at 10am / 2pm on the days of the seminar. Then we’ll host the Challenge WOD during all class times on Monday 9/11. Sign-up sheets are at the front desk.
