*Deload Week – Get in and focus on breaking a good sweat, but be able to stand and walk around after most workouts this week (as opposed to laying on the floor, staring at the ceiling and wondering what the heck just happened). Your body performs best when intensity is applied in waves. Use this week to be consistent, be conservative on load, and spend a little more time on mobility and working out the kinks / range of motion issues.
