Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

In teams of 2, you and your partner will move through 5 stations trying to score as many reps/points as possibe in the following movements:
60 sec of Wall Ball Shots
rest 60sec between each
60 sec of HRPU
rest
60 sec of Box Jumps
rest
60 sec of db push press
rest
60 sec of situps
rest
*One partner works for the entire 60 seconds, and then rests while their partner rests for 60 sec.
*******Each partner will cycle through until they complete each station 3 times.
* Score is total reps

Metcon (Weight)

Four sets of:
Walking lunges w/ DBs x 20 steps
rest 60 seconds between sets
