Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

12 Alternating DB Snatches

24 Jumping Lunges

12 Sit-Ups


Metcon (Weight)

Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets) for times:

50 Singles (jump rope)

8 Goblet Squats

12 Toes to Bar

*should scale to finish about 2:45 each round….start from the top (50 sinlges) every 3min.
