DB Front Squats (4×10)


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every minute, on the minute, for 21 minutes: (7 total rounds)

Minute 1 – 10-15 AKBS

Minute 2 – 6-8 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

Minute 3 – 8-10 T2B

*choose a rep count per minute that you can complete in 30-45 seconds (or less for one of the minutes)
