Torch fat, boost your metabolism, get leaner and stronger, and have fun doing it! The expert coaches at Four Barrel CrossFit created LeanX for these exact reasons. LeanX is a fast paced CrossFit-style class, but without the barbells and Olympic lifting. The specific interval structure of LeanX is designed to give you the maximum amount of fat loss, and help boost your metabolism, so that your body continues to burn fat throughout the day.

LeanX uses functional movements that drive you to use every muscle in your body. On top of this, we structure the workouts in a way that will make you push harder than you’ve ever pushed before – giving you the results you want!

And the best part… The workouts are fun! Each class is designed to be different and broken into several goal-based segments to keep you motivated to reach your ultimate fitness goals.
