Who is your inspiration?  What is your inspiration?  Is it that person struggling with a push up or the person walking on their hands for 50 meters?

How about the mother or father who is in the gym before the sun and kids are up, or at night after bedtime?

Are you inspired by your personal battles and triumphs?  Do you get motivation from within yourself?

Check out the scenery in the gym around you.  Take a moment in your workout to see the incredible happenings every day in our community and in every piece of life.

Take a moment to look around and cheer for others, grow with them and learn from them.  We all have so much inspiration to gain and give.

Be that person that someone else will say, “because of you I didn’t give up!”    

Be an inspiration to others.
