Kid Fit kicks off this Sunday in New Albany! Age groups and class times are as follows:

5-7 year olds – 3:00-3:30
8-10 year olds – 3:45-4:15
11-12 year olds – 4:30-5:10

Nutrition Seminars this Saturday (New Albany 10:15am) and Sunday (East 2:15pm). The gyms will be closed except for the seminar once the presentation begins.
