BOX NEWS

This Saturday 7/29 we’ll be tackling a Hero WOD in the 10am CrossFit class in New Albany and at East. Hint: It’s been done at The Games before 😉

On Sunday 7/30 we’ll be having a SEALFIT style team WOD at 9am in New Albany led by Coach William. Members from both gyms are encouraged to attend. Come see if you’ve got the grit!
