– The 4B Halloween Party is this Saturday (10/24) at 7pm! Adults only at this one. We’ll be providing some beer and wine, but if you want something special, BYOB. Costumes are highly encouraged! We’ll have prizes for best dressed, and will be competing in as many games as we can throughout the night!

– 4Barrel 4Boobs is Saturday (10/31) from 9am-11am. All proceeds go to the Norton Cancer Resource Center. Everyone is welcome to attend. We’ll have a LeanX and CrossFit version of the WOD that day. Heats will be completed on a first come, first serve basis. It’s a great cause. Spread the word and we hope to see everyone there!
