The first week of our 16 week strength cycle starts today. We laid a bit of a baseline last week with some 4×5 squats and deadlifts and will start pushing into heavier sets of 5s, 3s, and 1s in the upcoming weeks. Our strength focus will be raw squatting, pulling, and pressing, but we will still keep programming well rounded and constantly varied in the true spirit of CrossFit.
