Build to a heavy 3

then 2 x 2 @ 90-95% of heavy 3

 

C. Weightlifting

E2MOM x 14

2 Power Clean + 1 Jerk

building to moderately heavy set

 

D. Core Strength

Core Strength E3MOM x 5 Rounds

40 sec Front Rack Hold @ 90 % of 1RM Front Squat

 

E. Strength

4 Rounds

50 m Lateral Sled Drag (Each Direction)

 

*Go heavy enough that its challenging but you can maintain constant motion
