    well today sucked.
    130# snatch, missed 140×3
    155# clean, hit 175 at friday night lights, today it just felt heavy
    got through 3 rounds in 16 minutes, but only made 2 of the ring muscle ups… didn’t want to switch to bar bc i need my ring MUs to get more consistent…
