*Hold plate with two hands pressed over chest for plate deadbugs

B. Strength
Front Squat
*Build to a moderately heavy single.

C. Metcon
6 Min EMOM:
5 OHS (135/95)
ME Burpee Over Bar
*Score is total burpees completed across 5 rounds

D. Strength / Accessory
12 min EMOM
min 1: 3 Turkish Get Ups – RIght
min 2: 3 Turkish Get ups – Left
min 3: 10 KB Cleans – Right
min 4: 10 KB Cleans – Left
