B. Weightlifting Skill

1 P. Snatch, floor
1 P. Snatch, above knee
1 P. Snatch, hip
*Building if the lift feels good. Stay very light on this and focus on speed & technique

C. Conditioning
Every 2min for 20min:
30sec Cal Row
*Sprint but go at about 90%. Leave a little in the tank. And keep efforts within 2 Cal across all 10 attempts.
