10 KB Deadbug
10 HK Pallof Press

B. Gymnastic Skill
4 Rounds:
Min 1: ME UB T2B
Min 2: Rest
Min 3: ME UB HSPU
Min 4: Rest
*Leave a little in the tank on each set. Going for big sets to train these morvements at higher reps, but keep shoulders safe and don’t rip. Try not to let reps vary more than 2-3 per set.

C. Conditioning
4 Rounds:
1 Min Burpee
1 Min ME DU
1 Min ME HRPU
1 Min ME Squat Jump
*Stay moving the entire minute each round. 1/2 – 1/4 squat depth on the jump. Think about being fast off the ground.
