A. Gymnastics Skill
4 Rounds of:
12 Straddle Ups
12 Jefferson Curls
*Stay light on Jefferson Curls (35-45# bar at the most).

B. Gymnastic Conditioning
5 Rounds of:
Min 1: 20/15 Cal Row
Min 2: 60 DUs
Min 3: 10-12 Deficit HSPUs (6″, 4″)
Min 4: Rest
*Use a 45#+25# hi-temps to make 6″. or a 45# plate to make 4″. 

C. Metcon
4 Rounds of:
20 UB Deadlifts (185, 130)
400m Run
*Rest 1min after each round. Rx+. Keep bar under control – No bouncing reps

D. Rest & Recovery
5min Rest & Recovery Air Bike
10min Shoulder and Hip Mobility

    B. Subbed airdyne cals. Rd 1= 20,60,6. Rd 2= 20,40,6. Rd 3= 20,40,6. Rd 4= 20, 11dubs rope broke went into burpees, 6. Rd 5= 20,10burpee, 6. Brutal workout def hspu tough but good work.
