7 Supine Ring Rows
10 Stall Bar Lat Stretch (5 per side)
*Use a bar in j-cups to mimic stall bar. Be sure you’re pulling bar into/toward rig.

B. Conditioning + Gymnastics
5 Rounds:
Min 1: 15/10 Cal Bike
Min 2: 10 Deadlifts (185, 130)
Min 3: 12 HSPUs

C. Metcon
6 Rounds for time:
10 C2B Pull-ups
20 Push-ups
30 DUs
*1min rest after each round. 

D. Accessory
Dumbbell Rows

    B. Completed and it was brutal as hell. Barely got in final hspu. Focused on driving head through arms and keeping straight legs as best as I could. Used my old Shwinn airdyne, it has a working monitor.
    C. 14:10 rx+. Unbroken c2b but push-ups got gnarly.
    D. No go. Toast.
