Rest Day.

*Dedicate an hour today on recovery and self care. This could be anything from focused mobility work to a low heart rate aerobic workout for 30-45 min (HR < 120 BPM). Also, this is a great opportunity to do some midweek food prep and to get some bodywork done (sports massage, chiro, active release therapy, etc).
