2 Halting Clean Deadlifts + 1 Clean
*Pause below knee, above knee, and in power position for 2 sec each. Start moderate and build into a heavy complex

B.
CGBP
Build into a 5RM, then:
4×5 @ 90% of 5RM
Rest 2min between sets

C.
Weighted Pull-Up
4×5 (Aim for 5lbs heavier than last week)

One set, ME Unweighted Strict

D.
8min ladder:
3, 6, 9, 12, etc of:
Deadlift (225, 155)

    B and C. supersetted Bench with the pullups. 195lb x 5, 50lb x 5 pullups. 5 sets for both.
    D. 2 deadlifts in on round of 18. had 20 secs left to get more but my low back was screaming. good wod.
