Four Barrel Weightlifting Class
Every 2min for 14min:
2 Squat Snatch
*Start light and build to a heavy double

B. Strength
*Make 10-20 lbs jumps to build to a moderate 5

C. Metcon
15min AMRAP:
60 Straight Leg Sit-ups
50 Pistols (alt)
40 Plate GTOH (45, 25)
30 Burpees to Plate

D. Gymnastics Skill + Conditioning

5 Rounds:
Min 1: 50 DUs
Min 2: 5-7 Ring MUs
Min 3: 15-20 HSPUs
Min 4: Rest

    A. Went light, last time I did squat snatches something went twang in my groin. Worked up to 80lb x 1 on the last two sets. Got the first rep, but failed on the second both times.
    B. Worked up to 265lb x 5 (this was heavier than moderate…oops)
    C. 0 + 134. Made it through 24 burpees. Pistols (supported with hand on rig) went massively slow.
    D. Ran out of time.
