      Good work Sarah! Raise that seat up so you will be pressing legs with hams/glutes. Lower seat=quad dominate. I found this out mountain biking with a low seat and nearly got quad rhabdo

    D. No go. Long day, and feel like crap happy to get in some work. Protien and rest will be my friend.

    B. 245 reps (Rx except seated shoulder press w/15lb DBs instead of HSPUs)
    C. 4×10 chins and dips
    D. 37s slowest (fastest was 21s, which was the last one…and they all sucked).
