30 Power Snatches (135, 95)

Front Squat
*Make 10-20 lbs jumps to build to a heavy 5

D. Conditioning
5 Rounds of:
Min 1: 40sec Cal Air Bike
Min 2: 40sec DUs
Min 3: 40sec Burpees
*Keep score of each movement each round. Try to keep Calories within 2, DUs within 10, and burpees within 2 reps across all 5 rounds.

    Missed class because of traffic. Managed to rush through a few things though.

    A. Worked up to 85lb (no misses), then hit 95lb from the hip, missed 3 times above knee (got it on 4th try), and got from ground 1st try.
    B. 3:59 at 75lb (realized probably should have gone heavier too late and didn’t want to start over).
    C. Worked up to 145lb x 5. Felt good and could have done more, but was past 5 sets and needed to finish so could do Isabel before the gym closed.
