Odd: 40sec Handstand Walk
Even: 40sec Strict T2B
*At least 2sec negative on T2B

B. Weightlifting
Every 2min for 7 Rounds
Hang Clean + Clean + Jerk
*Not TnG. Reset grip after hang clean. Build to a heavy complex

C. Strength
Deadlift
4×5
*Build to a moderate / heavy 5

D. Benchmark
For time:
1mile run
*Run at least 800m for warmup. Finish warmup with 4-5, 50m strides

E. Accessory
One Arm DB Rows
