    hoped it make it down to 4b this morning, but had to watch the kiddos so did this in my driveway. hamstrings sore today, i think those axle bar deadlifts yesterday are the culprit since i was mainly straight legged.

    D. only did 3 rounds 10:09 and it killed me
    E. no go, 10 min airdyne cool down
