*You’re photos will not be shared with anyone without your permission and will be deleted after the challenge.

  • Take a photo of the front, back, and left side of body
  • Include from below knee to top of head in frame
  • Take on a solid background
  • Take with good lighting
  • Plan on taking final pictures with same clothes and in same spot
  • Pose – Arms relaxed to side… But smile 🙂
  • Wear as little as you’re comfortable with and form fitting clothes so you can see progress
  • Email photos to [email protected] with your name and “Challenge Pics” in the  subject line.
