  • Connie Keathley
    Connie Keathley

I am fiercely loyal, stubbornly strong, and will always give my best. I have always had a heart to help others and being a fitness instructor has given me the avenue to do so. You can expect I will apply this effort and inner motivation to you and your goals.

As a Freshman in college at WSU I tried out for the Varsity Crew team. Unfortunately I didn’t make the team but can honestly say that before I found CrossFit that was the hardest I had ever trained. I don’t consider myself a very gifted athlete and nothing that I do today has come easy for me. I never imagined I would be doing some of the things that I do today.

I am a CrossFit Level 2 and CrossFit Kids trainer and my CrossFit Specialty Certifications include Movement & Mobility, Gymnastics, Advanced Gymnastics and Endurance. I am also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Level 1 USAW lifting coach. I have coached and trained under 9-time USAW National Champion Olympic Weightlifter, Chad Vaughn as well as Olympic competitors Ursula Garza and Matt Bruce. I have trained people from age 3 to 81.
Outside of the gym I spend most of my time with my favorite person in the world, my husband Michael. We enjoy riding sport bikes, exploring new cities and eating good food. Each day is a new adventure!
