20 (10R/10L) Side plank w/ reach (down through arm)
20 (10R/10L) glute bridge
20 straight legged sit-ups (cross arms on chest, no using arms)

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
40 Singles or 20 Double-Unders
10 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Dumbbell Man-Makers (push-up, row left, row right, power clean, push press)
10 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

Rest 1 minute

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
5 Toes to Bar
10 Push-Ups
