Partner B: 10 DB Snatches (alt)
Partner A: 10 Goblet Squats (w/ same DB)
Partner B: 10 Goblet Squats (w/ same DB)
Part B,
100 Thrusters (45, 35)
200 Sit-ups
300 DUs
*Movements must stay in sequence. One partner working at a time. Divide work as desired. 30min cap
