  • There will be a competitor meet-up at 4B East today(6/25) at 10:15am
  • Starting the week of 7/4 there will no longer be a 5:00pm CrossFit class on Thursdays and Fridays at 4B NA. We’ve only been averaging a few people at these times and there’s normally plenty of space in the 4:30pm and 5:30pm classes on these days so don’t be afraid to jump in on one of those class times!
