The gym is open 364 days of year! Christmas is the only day were closed, but have no fear, we’ve put together a 12 Days of Christmas WOD that your can complete at home! All you need is your body and a set of dumbbells. Merry Christmas! 

“The 12 Days of Christmas”
1 Man Maker
3 Jumping Squats
4 Burpees
5 Dumbbell STOH
6 Pistols (3 per leg)
8 Situps
9 Air Squats
10 Mountain Climbers
11 Dumbbell Rows
12 Dumbbell Thrusters
*Set of dumbbells (35,25)
*Progress through the workout just like the 12 days of Christmas is sung. Start with 1, then complete 2+1, then 3+2+1, etc
