Partner B – ME Row for cal

min 5: Wall ball sit ups to partner
min 6: rest



A. Sit-Up Tabata
*score is total number of sit-ups

B. In teams of two, alternate every 10 reps and complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
20 Weighted Lunges
20 Pull-Ups
400m Run (split into 200m each)
