A. 15min AMRAP:

4 strict pullups, 4 burpees, 200m Run
6,6, 200m run
8,8, 200m run
10,10 etc

B. 7 min AMRAP:
10 Dumbbell Push Press
10 Box Step-Overs with Dumbbells
Run 100 Meters
