A. 10min to complete:
each person does 3×2 (2= down & back) partner carry
3×2 partner wheelbarrow

B. Complete rounds of 30, 20 and 10 reps for time of:
Sit-Ups
DB STOH
Jumping Lunges

REST 5min then

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Strict Pull-Ups
10 Burpees
15 RKBS
